1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weiver (getweiver.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Service Description

Weiver is an SMS review request automation platform for local service businesses. The service allows business owners to send personalised SMS messages to their customers requesting Google reviews after completed jobs, and to track delivery and conversion metrics through a web dashboard.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@getweiver.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only send messages through Weiver to customers with whom you have an existing business relationship. You must comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use Weiver to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to individuals who have not had a prior business relationship with you. Abuse of the platform will result in immediate account suspension.

5. SMS Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent before sending messages to your customers. Weiver provides opt-out tools (STOP keyword handling) to help you honour customer opt-out requests, but compliance with CASL and other applicable regulations is your responsibility. Weiver is a tool — the legal obligation to obtain and maintain consent rests with you as the sender of record.

6. Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. There are no refunds for partial months of service. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the reputation of the service. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@getweiver.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

Weiver is not liable for carrier filtering of messages, message delivery failures, delays caused by telecommunications providers, or any customer responses to messages sent through the platform. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Weiver's liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
